Ingredients:

2 lbs. Baby Potato

½ Red Onion

4 Tbsp Parsley

 

Dressing:

4 Tbsp Lemon Juice

2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

Directions:

2 Tbsp Sundried Tomato

3 Quartered Artichokes

2 Tbsp Olives

1 Tbsp Shallots 

¼ Cup Feta

32 oz Wide Mouth Jar

Directions:

Ingredients:
6 hard boiled eggs

Directions

Directions:

6 Tbsp Olive Oil -Split

1 lb. 南瓜(代替冬南瓜)

1 lb. Zucchini

2 Tsp Thyme

2 Tsp Rosemary

1 Tsp Smoked Paprika

1 Tsp Garlic Powder

1 Cup Quinoa

6 Oz Feta cheese

Salt and Pepper

Dressing: (Optional)

1 Tbsp Parsley

2 Tbsp Dill

2 Tbsp Green Onion

4 Garlic Clove

¼ Cup Greek Yogurt

½ Cup Mayo

1 Tbsp Lemon

1 Tsp Zaatar

Salt and Pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 ºF.
